The Boyd family began moving earth in 1913, grading the early miles of Routes 51 and 148. Over greater than 100 million yards of earth have been moved since the inception of the Boyd family enterprise. Decades later, in 2004, Sierra Bravo Contractors, LLC was officially established. Four generations later, the name on the equipment hasn’t changed – and neither has the standard. From early roadwork to large-scale mass excavation, every Boyd generation has added to the same reputation: proven ground, delivered right.
